🔹 The Source, The Flow, and The Expansion of Living Water 🔹
In biblical imagery, a wellspring is the source—the deep, overflowing fountain of life, renewal, and continuous supply that comes directly from God. A well, on the other hand, is a dug-out space that taps into that wellspring, bringing water to people who are thirsty for truth, healing, and transformation.
In the natural world, a wellspring feeds many wells—and in the same way, the spiritual wellspring of revival, discipleship, and the Holy Spirit brings forth new Wells wherever people are willing to dig.
“For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light, we see light.” (Psalm 36:9)
The Wellspring represents Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the deep source of revival that gives life to every Well. Without a wellspring, there is no flow—just dry ground. The Well Network only exists because it is drawing directly from the Spirit of God.
A wellspring is constant, abundant, and never runs dry—but Wells must be dug in order for that Living Water to reach people.
🔹 The Well of Pensacola (HQ) is the first Well directly connected to the Wellspring.
🔹 Every Well that comes forth must remain connected to the source to remain pure and powerful.
🔹 If a Well becomes disconnected from the Wellspring (Christ & His mission), it dries up.
📖 “With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.” (Isaiah 12:3)
A well is not naturally occurring—it must be dug with effort, faith, and obedience. The Holy Spirit stirs the wellspring, but it takes willing disciples to go and dig new Wells in new places.
✅ A Well is birthed through prayer, fasting, and divine calling.
✅ A Well Keeper is raised up—a Knight or Lady of the Redeemed who hears the call.
✅ A spiritual battle begins—digging a Well means breaking ground in enemy territory.
✅ People are drawn to the Well—because thirsty souls always seek the Water.
🔹 A Well comes forth from a Wellspring when a leader is ready to go where others haven’t dug before.
📖 “Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” (John 7:38)
A Well must remain connected to the Wellspring (Jesus, the Spirit, and the movement’s core mission) or it will eventually run dry.
🌊 A Flowing Well Must Have:
✔ Consistent discipleship & teaching (The Quest to Become Recovered)
✔ Prayer & spiritual warfare covering (Knights & intercessors must guard the Well!)
✔ Fellowship & accountability (Soldiers, Squires, and Knights building each other up!)
✔ Evangelism & outreach (A Well is not a pond—it must overflow into the dry places!)
🔹 A Well cannot be stagnant—it must constantly receive and release the Living Water.
"Isaac dug again the wells of water which had been dug in the days of Abraham his father... and he called them by the names which his father had called them." (Genesis 26:18)
When a Well is full and overflowing, it naturally births new Wells in surrounding areas.
✅ A Well begins training up new leaders (Squires become Knights).
✅ A Knight receives a call to dig a new Well in a different place.
✅ The Well Network commissions the new Well with prayer & support.
✅ A new Well is dug, connected to the original Wellspring.
✅ The movement continues, with Wells multiplying across cities and regions.
💧 The Holy Spirit stirs the waters and prepares the ground.
💧 A Knight (leader) is trained and commissioned to dig a new Well.
💧 The first gathering is held, and the Living Water begins to flow.
💧 The Well remains connected to the Wellspring through prayer, discipleship, and accountability.
💧 The Well trains up new leaders and eventually births new Wells in other locations.
Seek God’s will and guidance for starting a well, intercede for those it will serve, and prepare spiritually for the challenges ahead. Prayer builds unity, aligns vision, and strengthens your team for the mission.
Define the well’s purpose, structure, and needs. Build a strong leadership team, identify resources, and develop a clear roadmap for operation. Ensure your plan aligns with biblical principles and the needs of your community.
Launch the chapter with intentionality and consistency. Focus on discipleship, community engagement, and fostering spiritual growth. Evaluate progress regularly and refine the ministry as it grows.
