If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking link in your confirmation email. If you still need assistance, contact us.

Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the change before your order is shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your package for a replacement or refund.

Modify or Cancel an Order

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us before Wednesday. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Return & Refund Policy

To return a guide, you can contact customer care at orders@mysavedlife.org to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. You'll need to pay for shipping, and you're responsible for ensuring the item is returned in unused, unmarked, and sellable condition. You can return new and unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the merchandise cost only.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will be glad to assist you.
